Importance of Quran

Learning and teaching, reading and memorizing, planning and acting on the contents, there are numerous traditions in the Sunni and Shiite sources that its studying can display and manifest

the importance and greatness of the Heavenly book." These traditions have been compiled in the books of traditions under the headings of "books of traditions", the "book of the excellence of Holy Quran", and the "book of the Merits of Holy Quran". The commentators of Holy Quran especially the commentators living in the beginning of Islam have narrated these traditions in their books.

Imam As-Sadiq (a.s) used to say to all Muslims that they have to be free strong, and dignified. He (a.s.) asked them to maintain and develop their strength since strength is the basis of honor and dignity. Allah says: "Do they seek honor them? Then surely all honor is for Allah".
